Dahlia Homes Care Service
Dahlia Homes Ltd was set up to care and support those aged 18 to 65 years of age who have their needs of accommodation. We provide a person-centred service with an emphasis on enabling service users who have been diagnosed with special needs such as people with Autism (including low functioning, high needs), severe and moderate learning disabilities and mental health, cognitive impairment with challenging behaviour. Our primary goal is to meet the needs of those who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders such as Depression, Bipolar, Unstable Borderline Personality Disorders and Schizophrenia. Service users may have learning disabilities such as Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism, Down’s Syndrome or other non-specified, learning difficulties. We want each person to experience the best quality of life they can have in the care setting.
We Aim To Provide
We believe
We believe that working in partnership with a variety of professional services is key in assisting the individuals placed in our care to reach their full potential. Those who stay with us are helped to develop their social skills through the group living experience as well as involvement in community activities whilst encouraging them to feel part of the group and able to own and build on their experiences.
We hope that all service users that come to live at Dahlia Homes Ltd will find it a positive, safe and rewarding period in their lives.
